Thank you for taking the first step in joining the Greenpaws Chicago family!

At Greenpaws Chicago, we make new client onboarding as easy as possible while remaining detail-focused! Our multi-stage onboarding process leads to greater accuracy and a mutual understanding of your expectations and ours.The first step in this process is to create an account in our cloud-based system (Time To Pet).

See instructions below with additional information about the process!

We use Time To Pet to manage scheduling, dispatch, communications, and accounting. You’ll find a button below linking to our Create Account page in Time To Pet. To create your account, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number
  • City (Chicago and adjacent suburbs only at this time)
  • Street address
  • How you heard about us
  • You may also enter an optional message to us in the field provided.

Once a member of our office team has reviewed your preliminary information, we will approve your account and send you a Welcome Email with further instructions regarding the use of your Time To Pet client portal.

That Welcome Email will also contain a link to our Calendly account for you to set-up the virtual portion of your Meet & Greet with a member of our office team. This meeting will take place via Google Meet and we will review your account details and your fur baby’s care instructions to have all your visits go smoothly. The virtual M&G makes it so that the in-person portion of your M&G can be spent introducing ourselves to you and your fur babies!

During the virtual M&G, we will also be looking to schedule the in-person M&G. Please have three dates and times picked out in advance that you’ll be available for the in-person M&G. Your in-person M&G will be with your primary pet care specialist (we are 100% W-2 employee based) and, often, a member of the Greenpaws Chicago office team.

New Clients: Onboarding Steps Review

To summarize the above, these are the steps in our onboarding sequence:

  • Click on the button below or above to be taken to our Create Account page
  • Fill out the form and then click the Create Your Account button
  • Click the activation link contained in the Welcome Email to activate your client portal in our Time To Pet system
  • Following the instructions contained in the Welcome Email, please complete the My Info and Pets information sections of your account
  • In the Invoices section of your client portal, enter at least one credit card or debit card into Payment Methods (if you enter more than one payment method, please use the blue Default button to designate which payment method should be used as the primary card)
  • Once you have completed setting-up your client portal, please click the Calendly link provided in the Welcome Email to schedule your virtual Meet & Greet

This process allows you to move at whatever pace is most comfortable to you. Using this approach, we have moved many clients through the entire process, from clicking the button below to their first visit, within a day or two.
