Services on holidays and other peak-demand dates do carry an extra charge on top of our base rates. The exact amount varies by service.
While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, as much advance notice as possible is always appreciated. Many clients book in-home sittings (overnights) months in advance, but generally booking your sittings at the same time that you’re booking your flight, hotel, and rental car is a good rule of thumb.
No, our pet care specialists are trained to care for multi-pet homes and we have cared for up to a dozen pets while their parent was away. That said, for safety and liability reasons, for multi-dog households, we walk no more than two dogs simultaneously.
Yes, we try to accommodate every request, including last-minute bookings. Please understand, however, that late booking fees will be incurred due to the extra effort involved in scheduling care without advance notice.
We use a software system called Time To Pet that allows you to receive pictures and written updates from your pet care specialist after each visit and throughout the duration of your in-home sittings. You’ll also be able to communicate with the pet care specialist and the office team through either the Time To Pet mobile app on your iOS or Android phone or the Client Portal on any laptop or desktop with a browser and Internet connection.
