Time To Pet is the cloud-based platform we use to centralize and manage everything related to your pet’s care and wellbeing. Specifically, Time to Pet is used to:

Time to Pet Desktop Version and App

We find that entering or updating your information is easier from Time To Pet’s browser-based Client Portal since you’ll be able to use your laptop or desktop machine’s QWERTY keyboard (not your thumbs) to enter info. Additionally, it’s better for placing more complex, multi-day scheduling requests. 

Meanwhile, we find it especially useful to use the Time to Pet app (available on the Apple and Android App Store) to receive “Pupdates” (messages, pictures, videos) from your Greenpaws Chicago pet care specialist or the office team while you’re on the go, at work, or vacationing on the beach!

Additional Time to Pet Information

Here are some additional best practices we recommend, as well as some more Time to Pet information:

  • Provide all information for the fields in the “My Info” section and in the “Pets” section of your client portal. 
  • On the “Invoices” section, you’ll see a blue “Payment Methods” button on the right. This is where you’ll enter at least one credit or debit card. You may enter as many cards as you like and designate any card as the primary card by clicking the “Default” button next to that card beneath the “Manage Cards” section. 
  • Payments are run automatically by the system on the last business day of each month and Time To Pet will always run payment on your default payment method first. (All card information is transferred and stored with bank level encryption in a fully PCI-compliant manner and payments are processed through Stripe.)
