Welcome back to our Time To Pet tips series! This time, we’ll dive into an overview of our recommendations for using the TTP browser-based desktop portal and the TTP mobile app to give you a better understanding of each platform.

The ttp mobile app
You can do everything in the TTP app that you can do in the desktop portal (and vice-versa), but we find some tasks are easier to complete on your computer, like those that require more typing and information entry. We would recommend using the TTP desktop portal for the below activities:
- Initial account set-up and information entry
- Changing your default payment card regularly
- Managing multiple payment methods
- Scheduling more complex or longer visit requests
The ttp mobile app
The TTP Mobile App is a great way to manage your account on the go. Since we all have our phones with us 24/7, we recommend downloading the free TTP iOS/Android app so you can receive updates from the Green Paws Team no matter where you are. You can complete all the same tasks on the TTP app as you can on the desktop portal, but we recommend using the app for the below activities:
- Viewing your post-visit pictures, videos, and "repurrt" cards or "pupdates" from anywhere
- Messaging back and forth with your Pet Care Specialist or the office team while on the go
- Updating a single payment method
- Placing a simple visit request
