How to Check Invoices in Time to Pet
Welcome back to our Time To Pet tips series!
This week, we’ll take a look at how you can check your invoices on both the TTP browser-based desktop portal and the TTP mobile app. If you haven’t downloaded the Time To Pet mobile app, it is available on the Apple App Store and Android App Store for free!
Ttp desktop portal: checking invoices
It’s easy to check, pay, and even download a copy of your invoices using the TTP desktop portal!
To check your invoices on the desktop portal, log in to your account and select ‘INVOICES’ on the top right of the screen. Once on the Invoices page, you can easily view all of your open and past invoices. Invoice status will be displayed in the ‘Status’ field on the right side of the screen.
To make a payment, select the invoice(s) you would like to pay. Input the amount in the ‘Amount to Pay’ field, make sure everything looks correct, and then click the green “Select Payment Method” button. Follow the on-screen prompts for the type of payment method you’ve selected, and submit the payment. You can also download any invoices to your computer by clicking ‘Download’!
Ttp mobile app: checking invoices
You can also easily check and pay invoices on the TTP Mobile App!
To view your invoices on the mobile app, log in to your account on the app, and tap “Invoices” on the home screen. This will bring you to your “Open” invoice list. To view your fully paid invoices, tap the “Paid” tab at the top of the screen.
To make a payment on the Mobile App, make sure you’re in the “Open” invoices tab, and tap the “Make Payment” button at the bottom of the screen. If you have multiple open invoices, tap “Pay This Invoice” on each invoice you would like to pay. Then, review the totals to make sure everything is correct, and select “Proceed To Payment.” Follow the on-screen prompts to choose your payment method, and submit the payment. You can also download a copy of the invoices to your phone by clicking the “Download” button!
